Many home warranties look the same, but under closer review you’ll see that we give our members more. Our Shield Assurances are always included, even in our base plans. Tech evaluated and confirmed my air handler motor was failing. AHS immediately approved its replacement and tech ordered motor and advised that motor was on a 10 day back order from supplier. He installed it the same day he received it. AHS customer service was also giving me updates.

American HomeShield is the best home warranty service available! They replaced a 3 -yr old refrigerator that had to be serviced for the same issue 3 times. Upon the 4th service call AHS provided a check for me to purchase a brand new replacement refrigerator of my choosing and believe me, life is so much better in the kitchen. The technician was mature , professional and knew the product and knew what he was doing. We weren’t so trusting at first because of the bad experience with the company American Home Shield sent us initially to repair the washer.
